22nd Annual Harvesters Food Drive
1-October ~ 31-October
Barrels will be placed in the Buildings A lobby, B lobby, B cafeteria, and P lobby. Non-perishable food items and household products such as cleaning supplies and paper products are welcome.
(Please no glass containers)
Most needed items include
*Canned vegetables (low sodium)
*Canned fruit in 100% juice
*Boxed meals (Hamburger Helper, Pasta Roni)
*Canned Chicken/Tuna/Salmon (packed in water)
*Canned Soup (chicken, tomato or vegetable)
*Cereal (hot/cold – whole grain, low sugar preferred)
*Rice (preferably brown)
*Dry Pasta (preferably whole grain)
*Peanut, almond or sun butter
*Deodorant
*Soap
*Shampoo
*Toilet Paper
For your convenience, monetary contributions are also acceptable. For every $1 donated, Harvesters can provide three meals! Or make your check payable to “Harvesters” and deliver to Erin Markley (office area A building A3- {upstairs across from security}) – drop off T, Th, or F (offsite M, W)

**If you donate more than $75 (225 meals) you will be entered into a
raffle for some fantastic prizes.
*If you donate any denomination or purchase baked goods (Mon, Oct 31st),
you will be entered into a smaller raffle.
Prizes include: J Rieger, Tick Tock Escape Room, PT’s coffee, KC Bier, etc.

As this area's only food bank, Harvesters is a clearinghouse for the collection and distribution of food and related household products. They’ve been helping people since 1979. Their network includes more than 620 nonprofit agencies throughout the 26-county service area including emergency food pantries, soup kitchens, homeless shelters, children’s homes, homes for the mentally disabled and shelters for battered persons. They provide food assistance to as many as 66,000 different people each week. Harvesters is a certified member of Feeding America, and was named Feeding America’s 2011 Food Bank of the year.
