I can?t stand the thought of anyone in my community facing hunger, especially with the uncertainty of funding for SNAP/WIC benefits in the coming months. I am choosing to do something about it by starting this Virtual Food Drive for Harvesters, our local food bank, and I hope you will join me. Take a virtual shopping trip to help feed our hungry neighbors. Every $1 you donate helps Harvesters provide up to 2 meals! Together we can help make a difference for many! If you work at KU and would like to make a food donation in person, I will also have a bin set up in the Westwood Cancer Center starting 11/3-11/17.
